Today's video lesson for Creative Jumpstart is from Andrew Borloz: Hodge Podge Soup
This was an interesting exercise for me, something very new, using a full page mask that had been cut into sections on a painted page, stencilling, then further embellishing. In his video he also briefly showed a sheet where he had tested sample colours, which I liked almost as much as his work, so I did one of those too. Andrew cut and laminated bookmarks from his sheet which I'm not going to do because this is going into my journal as a full page.

Love it I really enjoyed this lesson as well, so many different uses for this technique.
I love it! I am going to make a sample color page too. Such a great idea.
Hi Sue! You did a GREAT job of creating your own hodgepodge pattern! Thanks so much for showing your work after you viewed my video!
I really like what you've done Sue - and the colours are lovely. I found this quite time consuming but fun.
Your pieces are fabulous! You did a great job. I was glad to learn this fun technique!
