Zentangle Challenge #317 - Photo tangles

It's been a while since I did the Diva challenge (www.iamthedivaczt.blogspot.ca), and I really want to get back into it. I've been concentrating on art journals, which often include tangling. This week, one of my journal prompts was similar to the Diva challenge - or at least my interpretation of it was. I used a photocopy of a picture of the muscles involved in doing a wrist stretch and tangled around it. So I'm "cheating" and using it for this challenge too since I just finished it today. I have some mild issues with carpal tunnel from my days working in libraries handling books, and it is aggravated by gardening too, so I'm trying to be more mindful and take time to stretch and take breaks.

So nice that you've included self-care for all of us with your entry. I love the yellow schway especially.

I love this. Great inspiration for my journal (and life😉). I used to do that stretch all the time in my ice cream scooping days.

Hahaha! you hit the nail on the head. I miss my yoga and can only blame myself for it. That makes it even worse. Thanks for the reminder and congrats to a great tile.

Great idea. I developed trigger finger from over tangling when I first retired. We do need to remember to take breaks now and then. Nice piece!

I do like this! Take care of that wrist; my husband had it so bad he needed an operation and after that he couldn't use that had for some time.

Well done! The border between tangles and the photo is almost invisible! Now I must do some stretching too!
