Zentangle Challenge #282 - Spill it!

Oh boy… this one was a challenge for me. Not specifically the tangling (though I had trouble with Tipoli)- but I ruined 4 tiles trying to "spill" stuff on them. Three were too sticky, and one was just… grey. I wanted to do a red wine spill, but didn't want to open a bottle of wine I wasn't in the mood to drink. I found this tile in a pile of "to do something with" tiles, and don't remember what was spilled on it. Anyway, here is my tile for this week's Diva challenge (www.iamthedivaczt.blogspot.ca), before and after.

I tried coloring four tiles with the fruit I used (you have seen that on my blog) and two of them became grey?????? Now idea how that was possible.
I like your tile; you used great tangles.

But the final result is beautiful, I can't see you had a struggle with Tripoli. I like your choice of tangles on this tile.

Well...your struggle paid off;-) It's gorgeous. I continue my struggle reign in Tripoli to this day. I love it, but it goes off-the-rails too quickly;-)

Nice to have that sunny color explode down the page. Tripoli usually a nightmare for me, and I don't find it meditative! Yours is lovely!

It looks a bit like a tea bag was plopped on the corner to me, well done for persisting and a lovely result!
