Zentangle Challenge #218 - White on black or found
wI haven't posted for a while, nor have I tangled very much. But just this past week I was preparing a Zentangle display board for a Holistic Health Fair and had done several different tiles using 4 tangles on each with different strings, just to demonstrate how different, yet similar they could be. I was happy with all the tiles I did, except the white on black. I don't have a lot of experience with these and frankly avoid them. This week's challenge motivated me to really step out of my comfort zone!!
I still don't love white on black, and would dearly love to have some lessons on them, but once I got started, I didn't want to stop. So here are the 5 tiles I did today ...

Wow Sue, you even managed to do 5! I like them all all so different and with anunique feel! I love the zonked one, great texture, and the peppers because of thme simpleness with great shading . You asked about the tangle I used, it is called shnek and it is from a swiss CZT called Hanny Walburger. Her blog is called zenjoy.
These are all excellent but the one top right is just out of this world. Love it.
All are really lovely! Wonderful effect in the last one!
Nicely done! I like the upperleft most.
Wow! Those are all great. I love the last one too!
These are all beautiful! I absolutely love the last tile, it looks metallic to me!
