Zentangle Challenge #147 - UMT Boo*Kee

Boo*Kee is an interesting tangle with room for lots of variations. Like it a lot, but not sure I love it. I can't wait to see what others have done. The centre pattern is something I tried to deconstruct from something I saw on a Christmas card (part Flux, part Copada)… but I think I'm going to leave the creating of new tangles to other people - it was not fun.

Like the composition. Deconstructing patterns is not always the easiest thing. With practice you will get better at it. It is fun even when it does not turn out exactly like the original. Kind of like most tangles that every one does.

I like your design here. Very well done.

I laughed at your comment that deconstructing the middle tangle was 'not fun' - sometimes doing a tangle can be decidedly not 'Zen', can't it? However, your tile is really lovely and your Boo*Kee variations are great. Axxx

I really like the centre of your tile - that was the first thing that my eye was drawn to, then I had to go look for the boo.kee. Beautiful job :)

It's interesting to see what different solutions are found this week!
Greetings to Toronto! :-)
