Interesting template from Erin at www.thebrightowl.blogspot.ca. I could see so many things I wanted to do, but after I had drawn it out, I realized I'd missed a couple of lines and voila - there was a pinwheel. I used a sepia pen to add contrast, and though it's hard to see in the scan, a pale blue watercolor pencil for the background. My copy of the book "Made in the Shade" by Cris Letourneau just came in the mail today, so I'm going to bundle up, and sit in the sun in the back yard with a tea, my Zentangle kit, and enjoy this spring-like afternoon!

Zendala Dare #40
This is the Zendala template for this week's Zendala Dare #40 from Erin at www.thebrightowl.blogspot.ca
I removed a few lines and voila - a pinwheel! This is my first entry - I'm working on another using the original template - I really like this one!

Zentangle Celtic Challenge #10
This is my first time doing the Celtic Challenge (www.creativedoodlingwithjudy.blogspot.ca). I loved this template and so I added another copy of the template and one more ring to make a ZIA... The original template is the two squares and one circle in the lower right hand corner. You can see her original template, and the 9 other celtic templates she has done so far by visiting her blog.
