Zentangle Challenge #70 - Sepia
The Zentangle Challenge for this week (#70), from "I am the diva" (www.iamthedivaczt.blogspot.com) is to do a zentangle adding the color sepia (or brown). I just received my zendala tile kit so took the opportunity to try this challenge on my first of the pre-printed tiles! I used a sepia 005 Prismacolor, black 01 Micron and a sepia watercolor pencil. To me this tile looks like a winter seed pod bouquet... feels a bit odd since I spent the entire day in my spring garden and winter seems so far away! I love to read your comments, and I appreciate the time it takes to write them. Have a wonderful day.

A wonderful zendala with just the right amount of sepia to soften the black!
it definitely looks like a seed pod bouquet :) and it's beautiful!
This is gorgeous. I need to get some of those prestrung zendalas. They are so beautiful after you add your own tangles. Your use of black versus sepia is very nice. I really like this one/
Very organic, love the pods!!
Beautifully done! It has a lacey delicate feel to it.
Very airy and pretty!
Very cute!
Nice zendala, soo cut
The use of subtle colours has made your work of art quite soothing to the eyes!
It is very organic, which I really like. You are right it does look like a beautiful seedpod, one you would keep to use in a bouquet of dried grasses and flowers for a Fall arrangement. Really beautiful.
Lovely Zendala. The lacy effect around the edge really sets off your seed pods!
I love these tiles...and you've done a beautiful job with this tangle!
Your challenge turned out great. I suppose it does look a little seedish, but it's sure purdy!! LOL
I think you did a wonderful job. I love the organic feel to the tile, you should be very happy with the way this turned out! Great response to the challenge!
This is a great zendala! Love your patterns... and the delicate-ness (is that a word??) of your Verdigoh border gently ties the pods together. Nice.
